D2C · FOOD & HOSPITALITY
Gnoccheria Berlin
Gnoccheria Berlin was an independently developed D2C brand project in Berlin’s food market. From positioning and visual identity to packaging, storytelling, digital marketing, sales, and direct customer experience, the brand was built across the entire customer journey.
The brand came to life online and at physical touchpoints, including the Female Food Days at The Playce at Potsdamer Platz. This case study shows how a product idea became a distinctive brand for a specific market through a consistent combination of brand strategy, communication, sales experience, and operational execution.

PUBLISHING · IP · BILINGUAL STORYTELLING
Leo & Theo
Leo & Theo was conceived as a bilingual publishing and IP project, developed in German and Spanish from the outset. Language is part of the creative concept: stories, tone, and cultural context are developed together for both languages.
This approach is shaping a brand universe that connects storytelling, illustration, and product design. The concept can extend beyond children’s books, providing a foundation for further publishing formats, products, and digital experiences.

KEY TAKEAWAY
Bilingual publishing starts with a story that works across two languages and cultures.
Leo & Theo shows how this approach can create a coherent intellectual property that can grow across different stories, products, and experiences.

BRAND DEVELOPMENT · CREATIVE COMMERCE
Building Futuracle
Futuracle did not begin as a fully formed agency concept. It started with a question: how can brand strategy, cultural understanding, content, and commerce come together in a relevant, viable business model?
An initial e-commerce idea gradually evolved into a B2B brand with its own positioning, a clear service structure, and a digital brand and content system. Strategy, brand voice, website, editorial system, and digital tools are treated as interconnected parts of one coherent brand system.

KEY TAKEAWAY
A strong brand starts with a clear strategic decision about whom it serves and what makes it relevant.
Building Futuracle documents this process firsthand: from an initial business idea to a Creative Commerce brand developed in Berlin, with a German trademark application filed.
