Our story: Futuracle was founded by Consuelo Di Carlo and draws on more than 20 years of experience in brand strategy, marketing, and communication across Latin America and Europe.

The idea behind Futuracle developed over many years and across different markets. Throughout her work, Consuelo Di Carlo has seen how much knowledge people, businesses, and communities hold—and how valuable it becomes when different perspectives come together. Futuracle grew out of a desire to create a place for that knowledge, exchange, and new connections between Europe and the Spanish-speaking world.

Consuelo Di Carlo, founder of Futuracle

Consuelo is a marketing strategist and entrepreneur with more than 20 years of experience in brand strategy, digital marketing, content, e-commerce, and international markets.

Her career combines work for international brands with building her own businesses, communities, and platforms in Venezuela and Germany. In Venezuela, she founded and led MODO Mobile Agency, a full-service agency for digital marketing, communication, and strategic consulting, with clients including Huawei, Telefónica Movistar, Banesco Bank, and Absolut Vodka. For Banesco, she conceived and produced three editorial brand projects focused on entrepreneurship, community, and brand storytelling.

Gente que Emprende was a finalist at the VI Ibero-American Social Media Award.

These projects also included Venezuela’s first printed book on mobile photography. Alongside this work, Consuelo developed her own platforms at the intersection of technology, content, and community.

As Creative Director and co-founder of the Venezuela Mobile Festival, the country’s first mobile arts festival, she delivered three editions with approximately 3,000 attendees per edition and partnerships with Huawei, Telefónica, and Absolut Vodka.

As Country Manager of Instagramers Venezuela starting in 2011, she grew one of the country’s leading Instagram communities to more than 45,000 followers and developed brand activations, meetups, content formats, and collaborations.

In Berlin, she founded Gnoccheria,a D2C gourmet brand that she developed from positioning and brand identity through content, customer journey, and direct sales to pricing and operational management. Brand activations included the Female Food Days at Potsdamer Platz.

Today, Futuracle brings together the threads connecting these experiences: curiosity about other markets, the belief that knowledge grows through different perspectives, and the experience that the right connections can open up new possibilities.

At Futuracle, we combine this understanding of markets and audiences with content and Creative Commerce to help businesses make informed decisions across Europe and the Spanish-speaking world.

How we work together

Futuracle works on a project basis, across disciplines, and in close alignment with each business’s circumstances. We start by asking which decision, change, or market opportunity needs to be addressed.

We begin with a discovery conversation. Together, we examine the starting point, relevant audiences, market and cultural context, and the company’s goals and available resources. This creates a shared understanding of what the project should focus on.

From there, we combine research, strategic analysis, and creative development into a clear approach. We assess ideas in relation to the brand, its audiences, and the specific market situation.

Depending on the challenge, Futuracle develops the strategy, supports implementation, or works with specialized partners. Roles, scope, and expected deliverables are defined transparently before the project begins.

The process follows the Futuracle Method: Understand, develop, and implement. This keeps our collaboration structured while allowing us to adapt to different businesses and challenges.

What we believe.

Our work follows three principles that connect strategic clarity, cultural understanding, and commercial impact.

Workshop with presentation materials for collaboratively developing strategic ideas

Strategy before design.

Good design attracts attention. A clear strategy ensures that positioning, messaging, and touchpoints work together and keep a brand relevant over time.

Culture creates relevance.

Brands always communicate within a context. Understanding people, markets, and cultures helps us develop messages that are both seen and understood.

Commerce is part of the brand.

Commerce begins long before a purchase. Every touchpoint, from the first encounter to a lasting customer relationship, should convey the same strategic idea and brand quality.
